Commissions
By purchasing a commission from me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

- All payment should be in** USD **via PayPal
- All payments will be made via invoice. DO NOT send me payment outside of an invoice, it will be refunded.
- Payment is due upfront for any commission below $150.
- Any commission totaling above $150 payment plans can be discussed, however the final commission will only be sent after the payment is completed.
- Commission will not be started until half of payment is received.
- Once payment is received, I cannot fully refund it. This is negotiable depending on the state of the commission. If not touched on refunds requested for longer than a month will only have a 75% return from the net received.
- Once the commission is 50% completed, a partial refund of 50% may be requested.
Once the commission is 75% completed, I cannot refund it.Artist- By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- If you do not want your commission publicly posted, I will respect your wishes
- I cannot claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell the image for personal and commercial projects. Unless agreed upon.
- I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question. This includes if you did not follow the rules for said order.
- I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches as "pre-posed" at a later date.
- Time sensitive work will be subject to a rush fee minimum of $50. Price subject to change based on time allotted.
- You MUST discuss any time restrictions when inquiring for commission. Changes mid-commission to the deadline may or may not be accommodated, and I reserve the right to deny a change of deadline.Commissioner- Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display as long as it is linked back to me and my gallery.
- You retain the rights to your IP.
- You may not claim the work to be your own, edit or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial unless agreed upon.
- If you are looking for something to redistribute, reproduce, use for your project(s), as an ad, for a video, to resell at conventions etc. Speak to me for information on royalty fees.
- If you are not sure whether your request counts as personal, feel free to ask me about its intended use.ProcedurePreface. You understand that PlusNineRenegade is not working with only your priorities in mind. They will take steps that are time consuming and slow. Please do not commission them if you are looking for fast and timely work. Though if you do have a specific deadline, we can discuss.
- After payment is received: I sketch, color and paint depending on your commission type.
- I do not accept "description only" commissions. You must have at least one visual reference even if it doesn't accurately depict your character(s).
- For larger, full color commissions, two large edits are allowed during the sketch phase. I reserve the right to add a $10 USD fee over any edits after the first two.
- Please be clear and concise in your description of the change. You can use other works and photos you like as references for the changes!
- A full size, no watermark image will be given. It is necessary that you use a watermark/resized version of the image before sharing publicly.Adopts- When purchasing an adopt under $20, payment will be sent through a paypal.me link.
Adopts over the cost of $20 will receive a paypal invoice. Do Not send me payment outside of an invoice, it will be refunded.
- The design is only yours after payment is completed.
- After payment is complete, the design and character is yours to use as you please, NOT the species.I DO NOT DRAWAnything depicting fascist, bigoted, or hurtful language/actions. Gore .
